Job Description: |
Client in the Blaine area is looking for a Class A Punch press and Shear operator for 2nd and 3rd shift. The Class A Punch Press Operator must posses all of the skill sets required of a Class B operator with the addition of efficiently operating advanced coil fed press operations such as: highly cosmetic blanking tools, big press progressive complete and cushion blank tooling. Must be highly technical and efficient in the art of advanced progressive press-line set-up, fine tuning and operational practices including but not limited to: cam switch/die protection, feed-line, load guards, die cushion and counterbalance with no difficulty. Operate highly advanced coil fed operations highly efficiently. Set-up advanced coil fed operations with little or no assistance. Operate intermediate coil fed and auxiliary operations highly efficiently with little or no assistance. (I.e.: 25, 26, 41, 42) Make precise feed-line, die protection, cam switch, die cushion & counterbalance adjustments highly efficiently. Refer to ID 01280066 when applying |
